We were in house hunting process for over 2 years and have gone through several agents. We started working with George about a year ago when market started going super hot. And we just closed a house in this crazy market!! George is by far the most helpful agent we have worked with. Once we let him know our interest in a house, he would reach out to selling agent right away to get as much information as possible. He always gives honest suggestions even sometimes might be a little aggressive but definitely helped us a lot in this competitive market. For the bids we lost, he always kept in touch with the sellers in case the winning bid didn't pull through, which is actually how we landed our house as a backup offer (we never requested him to do so and he didn't even let us know until the opportunity pop up!). We are lucky to have George as our agent who is trustworthy and knowledgeable.
